# **Terms of Service**

## Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of HandinHand Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "Members") regarding the services provided by the Company.

## Article 2 (Definitions)
1. The "Service" refers to all services related to \[insert specific services] provided by the Company through the HandinHand website or application that Members can use.
2. A "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms, completes the registration process, and is granted access to the Service.

2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection Act.
3. If the Company amends these Terms, it shall notify Members at least seven (7) days in advance, and thirty (30) days in case of significant changes, indicating the effective date and reasons for the amendment.
4. If a Member does not explicitly express rejection before the effective date despite having been notified, it shall be deemed that the Member has agreed to the amended Terms.
5. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the use of the Service and withdraw from membership.

## Article 4 (Interpretation of Terms)
1. Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws and general commercial practices.
2. If necessary, the Company may establish separate policies or operating rules (e.g., Privacy Policy), and if these conflict with the Terms, such policies shall prevail.

## Article 5 (Establishment of Service Agreement)
1. The service agreement is established when a person who wishes to become a Member (hereinafter the "Applicant") agrees to the Terms and applies for membership, and the Company approves the application.
2. In principle, the Company shall approve the application. However, approval may be withheld or revoked in the following cases:
 - If the applicant used false or another person’s information
 - If the applicant does not meet the service eligibility criteria
 - If approval is not feasible due to service or technical limitations
3. The Company may request real-name verification or identity authentication to ensure the accuracy of the information.

## Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)
1. Members shall manage their own personal information and update it immediately if changes occur.
2. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from unreported changes.

## Article 7 (Obligations of Members)
Members must not:
1. Register with false or third-party information
2. Use another Member’s ID or password
3. Infringe on intellectual property or other rights of the Company or others
4. Distribute false information or harm others’ reputation
5. Transmit unauthorized advertising or spam
6. Use the Service for profit or illegal activities without the Company’s consent
7. Interfere with the operation of the Service
8. Violate any applicable laws or public order

## Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)
1. The Company shall provide the Service in a stable and continuous manner.
2. The Company shall endeavor to protect Members' personal information and comply with the Privacy Policy.
3. If a Member’s complaint or opinion is found to be valid, the Company shall handle it appropriately.

## Article 9 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
1. The Company provides the following services to Members:

2. The Company must obtain Member consent to use posts beyond the scope specified above.

## Article 12 (Management of Posts)
1. The Company may take action (e.g., deletion) without prior notice in the following cases:
 - Content violating laws or harming others
 - Infringement of third-party rights
 - Advertising or spam
 - Inappropriate for the Service's nature
2. The Company shall comply with relevant procedures for handling rights infringement claims.

## Article 13 (Attribution of Rights)
1. All rights related to the Service belong to the Company.
2. Members may not use the Service or its content for commercial purposes without prior approval.

## Article 14 (Advertising)
1. The Company may display advertisements in connection with the operation of the Service.
2. Members may opt out of receiving advertising emails at any time.

## Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions due to Member fault or force majeure.
2. The Company shall not be liable for third-party damages caused by a Member’s actions.
3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by Members.

## Article 16 (Notice to Members)
1. The Company may notify Members via email, message, or notice on the Service.
2. For group notices, they may be replaced with a post on the service website or app.

## Article 17 (Withdrawal and Termination)
1. Members may terminate the agreement at any time through account settings or customer support.
2. Upon withdrawal, the Member’s data will be deleted in accordance with relevant laws.
3. The Company may suspend or terminate a Member’s account for violations of these Terms.

## Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court where the Company’s headquarters is located.

Privacy Policy


The "Company" values the protection of members' personal information and complies with relevant laws such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection", the "Personal Information Protection Act", the "Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information", and guidelines established by relevant institutions.

Through this Privacy Policy, the "Company" informs users about how their personal information is used and what measures are taken to protect it.

1. Items and Methods of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The personal information items collected and used by the Company and the methods of collection are as follows:
1)Items collected and used:
* Customer name, email, contact number, vehicle type, residence, inquiry details
2) Method of collection: Information provided through the "Contact Us" form
Users may refuse to provide personal information. However, refusal may limit partial or full access to the service.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company distinguishes between items that require user consent and those that do not. The purposes of use for each item are as follows:

[Items Not Requiring User Consent]
① Access records (e.g., visit time): Service quality improvement, contract fulfillment, and dispute resolution

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information collected with user consent will be retained and used while the user retains membership. Upon membership cancellation, the data will be irreversibly deleted from the disk and rendered inaccessible.
However, in case of identity theft or for the protection of victims, user IDs may be temporarily retained for up to 14 days after cancellation and then irreversibly deleted. Exceptions apply in the following cases:
1) When preservation is required by law, such as the Commercial Act:
* Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription
• Reason: Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act
• Period: 5 years
* Records on payment and supply of goods
• Reason: Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act
• Period: 5 years
* Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution
• Reason: Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act
• Period: 3 years
* Access logs, IP information, service usage records
• Reason: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
• Period: 3 months

2) When separate user consent has been obtained

4. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information within the scope notified at the time of collection and does not disclose it externally without prior user consent. Exceptions include:
1. When the user has agreed in advance
2. When the user violates the terms of service or policies posted on the website
3. When disclosure is deemed necessary for legal action due to damage caused to others
4. When required by law or by official requests from courts, investigative agencies, or administrative authorities
5.Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its use is fulfilled. The procedures and methods are as follows:
1) Destruction Procedure
Information collected for membership or inquiries is retained per internal policies and laws, then destroyed once the purpose is achieved.
2) Destruction Method
① Printed personal information is shredded or incinerated.
② Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.

6. Rights of Members and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Members or their legal representatives may withdraw consent for the use of personal information at any time (e.g., by deleting their account). Users can also view or correct their personal information, or that of minors under 14 (by legal representatives).

If a correction is requested, the information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. If it has already been provided to a third party, the corrected data will be promptly shared.
Deleted personal information is handled per "3. Retention and Use Period" and will not be accessed or used for any other purpose.

7. Technical and Managerial Protection of Personal Information
To ensure that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged, the Company takes the following measures:
* Regular backups and virus protection
* Encryption technologies for secure transmission
* Intrusion prevention systems for unauthorized access
* Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
* Regular password changes and training to ensure compliance
* Internal audits and immediate corrective action when issues are found
